Sample at the CCBW Six One Pour festival on 05/20/2017. Dark brown color with a medium foamy beige head that recedes steadily to a film. Small patches of lace. Malt, chocolate and rye aroma. Medium body with flavors of chocolate malt, mildly spicy rye and coffee. The finish is malty with a light rye aftertaste. Decent overall.

The Rye adds some nice depth. Smooth and sweet, approaching full bodied. Steady creamy beige head. Pretty good.
