Tap at St. Francis. Unfiltered burgundy orange-brown. Thin off-white head. Not so impressive, malt forward. The smoke isn’t so massive. Kind of a hollow feel. A touch of aspirin dryness. Loses some points for being a 12oz poured pint. The smoke and rye sort of balance each other out. Medium bodied, pretty insipid offering. The malts, ingredients in general, come across cheap.
