Can from Beerwulf. Aroma is herbal with lemon, seaweed, yuzu, light peppery and floral (soapy). Flavour is fairly sweetish with a little saltiness from the seaweed. Modest body. Not feeling this one.

Can from lowcostbeer.com, 2 months past BBE. Cloudy gold, small white head, minimal retention. Lager aroma with a lime note which must be the Yuzu. Szechuan pepper does come through also. Taste again is a sort of take on lager and lime. Basic lager malts, citrus, quite sweet and only a hint of umami. peppery finish. Light bodied and moderate zingy carbonation. Somewhat disappointing, needed a better malt or hop profile to compliment the additions. However it is refreshing

Appearance is golden and clear, with a small fizzy head which quickly goes. Aroma- citrus fruit, lemon, orange hints, wheat, lager. Taste is salty, lemon, citrus, creamy malt hints. Fizzy mouthfeel, short finish which is a little tart.

Can from the brewery online shop. Pours light hazy pale yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light sour, salt, citrus. Taste has body, umami from the seaweed I guess. Sharp, clean finish. Light on the peppercorns, which was well judged.

Can at home in Athens, bought at BrewDog Bologna last summer. Poor's light yellow, clear light body, good head but disappears too fast, almost not at all lacing. Citrus tones with sour and citrus peel aftertaste, you can taste the yuzu easily. Peppery, with a nice, fresh impression. Ok for a session beer, not too much, not too little.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Pretty clear yellow. Pepper, yuzu, seawater, quite dry, a bit umami, bitterish note.

330ml can. Poured a clear light golden colour with a fizzy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is light yeast, zesty yuzu fruit. The flavour is light sweet and sour, with a light, crisp, fresh, mineral, herbal, juicy yuzu, light pepper spice, light chamomile tea palate. Medium to light bodied with lively carbonation. Light but very refreshing. Perfect for a hot summer day.
