Yokai is a delightfully balanced blend of bright Yuzu citrus, umami from the seaweed and gentle spice from Sichuan peppercorns. It takes inspiration from Yadokai, our infamous sake-inspired 13% beer.

Can from Brewer's Droop, Bristol. Pale gold in colour, with a thin, white, head and moderate carbonation. Tart aroma, with some floral hops and a hint of stone fruit. Flavour had tangerine fruits, some saltiness, crisp malts, leading to a dryish finish. Good.
