03.02.2018, tap @ Bergen International Whisky & Beer Festival:
Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grainy, leafs, hay, minerals, grain, citrus, yeast, oak, moss, paper, wash cloth. Taste is slightly dry grassy, hay, grain, minerals, paper, leafs, moss, wash cloth, yeast, citrus. Little bitterness, watery and slightly harsh grainy. So boring.

330ml can. Golden colour, white foam head and aroma of yuzu, pepper, ginger. Taste is seaweed salty, light yuzu and a biscuity hint. Light bodied, soft carbonation, salty with a peppery tang at the finish. Interesting, OK.

Total belanglos!

330ml can. Clear, pale gold with a thin white head. Aroma is strange, citrus and something herbal, tea maybe. Flavour is lemon, soap and more of that herby flavour, which I assume is the seaweed. Interesting but not really my cup of tea

Can. Beer Central, Sheffield. Pale straw colour. Soft haze. Film and ring of white head. Nose has plenty of the yuzu citrus. A little briny. Some clean, dry grain. Taste has some sweet and sour character. Hint of salinity. Mouthfeel is light and refreshing, with a little spicy bite from the pepper. Finishes up fruity and lightly dry. Nice one.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours clear pale yellow - gold with a small white head. The aroma is savoury, umami, green, earthy, green vegetables, seaweed, fennel, sweet citrus, lemonade and toasty grain. The taste is crisp, dry, more sweet that sour, straw, loads of umami, green veg, musty, touch lemony, lactic, dry funk and soda water with a dry, green veg finish. Light - medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Far too much seaweed / green vegetables and far too little tartness or yuzu. Not great.

On tap at Wild Beer at Jessop House. Pours pale. Lemon, soap, slight lager acidity, nice salinity, weird umami quality. Interesting.
