Unusual, but enjoyable. Don't get the Szechuan much, but the yuzu and kelp are well balanced against each other.

Pale, lively yellow beer. Decent white head. Citrusy, peppery aroma. Taste has the same qualities, though to be honest there isn't a hell of a lot of flavour to it. What's there is quite balanced and interesting but it's just a bit tame and meh, though it does pick up in the aftertaste where the spices come through again.

Can stolen in Ljubljana. Shared with Buba. Clear golden, minimal head. Strong yeasty, spicy, black pepper, slightly estery, fruity, funky. Very tropical juicy, mango or yuzu. Sweet with bready and grainy background. No hops. Very drinkable. Fruity finish. Interesting. Well done.

Taste comprises citric zest, juniper berry, grass, shades of the sea, damp cloth, lemon rind, lime. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a semi sharp citric tang. Ok simple sour.
