Sample at the brewpub. Cloudy copper color with a medium foamy white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of citrus, hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of herbal hops, citrus and earthy malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a short citrusy hops aftertaste. Decent overall.

Growler brought back by Anndiesel. Murky orange-brown-tan body. Not much of a head. Mild canned peach aroma. Unique. Big hop character, 100+ IBU action, but the fruit and the unfiltered body sort of ground it. mellow it out. I like this better than Dogfish Aprihop, but I’d still rather have a straight up IPA, or maybe even straight up Peach beer. I am always suspicious of awkward fruit pairing in beers, wondering if they wanted to save a costly infected batch.

Draft at the source. Pours a hazy dark orange with a finger of thick off-white head. Aroma of citrus and a hint of pine. Taste is similar. Medium bitter with resin and citrus. Just a slight hint of peach in the finish. Medium bodied with a surprisingly creamy texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Another great brew.
