From a 12 oz bottle. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Aroma of Belgian yeast. Flavors of bubblegum, cardamom and white pepper. Crisp malty finish.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured not a snifter. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is light yeasty, light body, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is yeast and coriander.

on tap-pours a white ring for a head and pale yellow color. Aroma is musty, yeast, rock candy, light malt. Taste is spice, musty, yeast, rock candy, light malt. Soft carbonation/effervescence.

On tap at the brewpub on 01/17/2009. Clear light golden body with a small rocky white head. Sweet fruity, spicy belgian aroma. Sweet spicy belgian flavor with light fruity hints. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Served on draft at the brewery as part of a sampler. Pours a hazy golden color with a large creamy head. Good head retention and lacing. The aroma is yeasty with notes of stone fruit and candi sugar. Very fruity taste with notes of peach, pear, pineapple and yeast. Medium bodied. Very nice.
