Draft. Rich amber beer with a cream colored head. Malt and yeast aroma with light spice. Malt and yeast flavor with spice and light earth. Medium bodied. Nice complexity. Malt and spice linger with earth and light yeast.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5
Tap at the Rubicon. Pours dark amber, slightly hazy, with a creamy beige head. Aroma seems a bit earthy. Med body. It’s earthy and mildly funky. Towards a saison that’s a bit heavy. Finishes bitter/earthy/funky. Fine ale.
