The appearance is a dark creamy yellow body, one finger white foamy head that quickly dies, light lacing clings to the sides of the glass; the aroma has a light yeastiness that settles in with some coriander with a peppery sort of slightly lemon in the background; the taste is sweet and yeasty; its got a yeasty aftertaste and an earthy dry finish; its pretty easy on the palate, carbonation is spot on for the style and for me; overall, this is a good witbier that I might actually come back to if given the opportunity

On tap sample at Charleston Brewing Company. Pours hazy pale yellow with medium white head. Medium body, medium carbonation, and light coriander aroma. Taste is orange peel and peppery coriander. Nice for the style.
