Draught @ Ølmarked, Godsbanen Aarhus. Pours very dark brown with a creamy tan head. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, dark bread, rye, chocolate. Flavor is sweet, malt, caramel, yeast, baking yeast, little bread, ryebread, sour licorice. Thin to medium body, soft carbonation. 100318

Bottle 500ml. @ home. [ As Viborg Engelsk Mild ].Clear dark red brown colour with a large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, dark malt, sweet malt, chocolate, dark bread, light oat. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, chocolate, dark bread, dark malt, caramel - sweet malt, medium dry, light oat. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
