The magic of the Crick is not to be understated. It’s all things at once- breathable, feelable, smellable and even swimable. It’s also something that shouldn’t be overindulged in.

Pours cloudy with huge waves of tropical aromatics and delivers light notes of mango, touches of ripe tangerine and just the faintest hint of crick across the palate.

Cereals forward, resinous hops, a touch vegetal. Good mouth feel soft carb, low to medium bitter. Nothing special. Lacks a decent hop bill.

Can from the LCBO. Clear medium gold with a large frothy white cap that fades slowly and leaves some spotty lace. Nose is light grains, grass, light honey and melon. Light+ bread and honey sweetness with a medium- grassy bitterness. Mouth is medium and a bit soapy with average carb. Meh. 6-/3+/5/3/12-
