Created and brewed by the 3 Week’s sisters at our brewery, this delicious beer was voted People’s Choice for top cask at Welly Cask Fest last fall. The people have spoken and we couldn’t resist bringing this delicious recipe back for summer 2018.

This classic witbier has a hazy wheat body, slight spice note, and a refreshing tart finish from the addition of fresh pomegranate juice. This will be your favourite summer beer… we give you 3 Weeks Notice!

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Can from the lcbo. Hazy orange pour, with a huge white head. Aroma is very fruity, solid malted wheat, hints of spice. Mouthfeel is full bodied and and carb is lively. Finish is semi sweet, light tartness, low bitterness. Pleasant fruity esters, hints of spice.

Can from the LCBO. Hazy medium amber under a large white head that fades quickly to a sheet. Nose is wheat, spice, grass and light floral notes. Not picking up much pomegranate in the nose. Flavour is light yeast, grains, a touch of pepper and a light tartness from the pomegranate. Mouth is medium with average carbonation and a crisp finish. Refreshing. 7/4-/6+/3/14
