Trout Lake Single Hop ESB is a traditional British-style bitter featuring organic El Dorado hops and British Ale yeast. Malt flavours of toast, bread crust, honey and mild roast. El Dorado hops add a floral and citrus aroma and flavours of candied cherries.

On tap at the brewery. Clear dark copper under a small lingering off white head that leaves lots of tight lace. Nose is light caramel and grass. Flavour follows with light caramel sweetness and a light+ grassy bitterness. Mouth is slightly thin with soft carbonation and a short finish. Just OK. 6/3+/5/3/11
