Sample at the brewpub (as "Fresh Hopped Kölsch") , this is the May selection in Elevator’s "MBA" program. Clear straw color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of fruit, hops and biscuit malt. Light to medium body with flavors of herbal wheat, toasted malt and fruity hops. The finish is herbal yeast and hops. Decent overall.

On tap at the Elevator. Pale yellow, very little head, no lacing, no body. Still not too bad, but does have corn taste.
