Massive, but not overbearing. Boozy brown malt..the good kind. Raisin, dark fruit. A beast of a Winter Warmer..if it is a Barleywine think English Barleywine. Well done. Some licorice notes. Lots of depth, deep and rich, and refreshingly not centered around a barrel.
