Bottle thanks to Scott, shared with others at the post NotB tasting. Poured a cloudy gold with a slight yellow hue and a white head that last. Aroma was full of floral notes as well as some light fruits that had a slight tart note and a bit of backing pepper and citrus. Flavor was similar with notes of flowers, light fruits and citrus with a slight tartness and yeast note in the finish.

Bomber from Supermarket Liquors. Pours hazy orange gold with a foam/creamy light beige head. Light citrus aroma. Med body/light frothy carb. Flavor is heavily citrus, and mildly Belgian spice. Slightly tart it is. Drinks nicely. It gets a little earthy in the finish. Good thing that.

A semi-tart and tangy saison, with a fairly potent bitterness reminiscent of bitter herbs and wildflowers - the lemon peel is fairly strong, perhaps a bit too much so - fairly dry, with quite a bit of toasted grain flavor, notes of citrus - the bitterness/dryness takes on a sort of chalky quality in the long term, but otherwise, this is a surprisingly strong effort from these guys.
