Bitte Schön is the second addition to our single hopped series. Loaded with zee German hop Hallertau Blanc, it gives aromas of passion fruit, Grapefruit and pineapple. This rather delightful pale is seriously gut, you’re welcome to dive in and try it.

[ As Way Outback Bitte Schön ].
ABV: 4.4%. Murky matt medium orange colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, fruity hops, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, sweet malt, grass, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171206]

Cask-conditioned, on gravity, at the Pig's Ear Beer Festival, London 7/12/2017. Golden in colour, with a thin, white, head. Crisp cereal malts, some leafy hops, touch of stone fruit and a moderately bitter finish. Ok.
