Cask (gravity) @ 34th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2017, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Round Tower Winter Sun ].Unclear medium yellow orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, sweet malt, frutiy malt, fruity, light hoppy, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, caramel, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171205] 6-2-6-3-12
