Cask (gravity) @ 34th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2017, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Way Outback No Rest For The Wicked ].Clear medium amber orange colour with a small, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, bread, cookie, caramel, moderate hoppy, orange, dried fruit. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, sweet malt, caramel, sticky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
