Cask (gravity) @ 34th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2017, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Mobberley Red Winter ].Clear medium orange colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy and open, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, nutmeg, cinnamon, sweet malt - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, spicy, nutmeg, cinnamon, spicy bitter, caramel, orange notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat.
