Homage to the classic style. Slowly fermented cold with lager yeast for two weeks and lagered in our oak foeder for three weeks. Notes of dark chocolate, biscuity malt and subtle accents of coffee. Light-medium bodied. Super clean finish.

Draught at Dumbo. Dark brown with beige head. Aroma is roast, dark chocolate, molasses. Taste is lightly bitter, not too sweet, chocolate. Good.
