Can (7/21/21) pour from Andover Classic Wines. It's an opaque dark yellow with no sparkle, finger-width white frothy head with good retention and spotty soapy lacing. Aroma is moderately strong lemony citrus, hint of pineapple as it warms. Taste is moderately strong citrus and hint of pineapple with substantial wheat bread balance. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, average carbonation and finish as taste with lingering dry bitterness. Overall, maybe due to age, taste is more conventional IPA than juicy NEIPA. Nothing really wrong with it but not very complex and a difficult category to be pedestrian in.

Can from Kostian: pours yellow haze with a white head. Aroma is citrus and pineapple. Taste is fruity, slightly bitter, lightly sweet. Fine.
