As usual, I had pleasure to try a Russian ipa, after a busy day, it was the right option. This one is really smooth, malty, a bit sweet, discreet flavour of watermelon, pineapple, citrus, smooth bitterness, a bit light, refreshing, 24.05.23, at Epalinges.

Can from Dasha: pours opaque, slight neony yellow with small head. Aroma is melon, hoppy fruitiness. Taste definitely has lactose but it is not overbearing, plus subtle mellow. It seems like the ample tropical/citrus hop flavors carry this. Good enough.

Bottle. two months old. hazy ochre yellow colour. One finger tall white head. Average retention. Nose: tropical fruit, spruce, milk and vanilla. Light body. Taste: exotic fruit, lactic feel. Light bitterness. Hollow ending. No impression of well-composed stuff.

Bottle. Hazy reddish-gold, white foam. Aroma: fruity, currant leaves and a lot of citrus. Tast: fruity, sweetish, melon, vanilla, grapefruit, pineapple, medium bitterness, a bit unbalanced.
