Our first bottled conditioned beer. Aged in oak barrels for 3 months, this traditional saison was brewed with Citra and Lemon drop hops. Two strains of brettanomyces were pitched in the barrels. The end result is a dry, fruit forward saison with hints of citrus, oak and a hint of tartness with a funky nose.

Bottle from the source: pours golden with a white head. Aroma is straw, mellow citrus and some woody notes. Taste is fairly dry, with plenty of citrus. Spicy notes. Quite good for their first attempt.
