Doctor Dibble's EYE-P-A

While you don’t necessarily need the best vision when looking at a hazy IPA, you can still appreciate gazing upon a softly glowing pint! The grist for this brew was built around a 50% wheat malt base, with a handful of character malts like CaraWheat and Golden Naked Oats to produce a soft and smooth body with a warm and rich glow. The juicy and ripe tropical contributions from the Enigma, Amarillo, Cascade, and Sabro hops are further amped up by the unique aroma and flavor created by the Belgian witbier yeast. Thanks to some quality late-night emergency care, Frank felt he could SEE himself enjoying this brew with his craft-beer loving doc!
