I Want To Ride My Kveikcycle – Hazy American Pale Ale 5.4% 30ish IBUs This is on the computer at work I believe)
Hot weather means it time to break out the Norwegian Kveik yeast! We brewed up a light and refreshing pale ale base hopped up with new and exciting German hop varieties Ariana and Callista and a little background help from some US Mosaic. Then we put it in the fermenter with some Hornindal Kveik yeast at nearly 85 degrees and let it warm all the way to 95! The Hornindal loves working in the heat and puts out bright tropical and citrus flavors to complement highly hopped beers. It also can finish fermentation in just about 24 hours! Beat the heat with this light and hazy treat!

At the source: pours yellow with a white head. Aroma is a nice fruity citrusy thing. Things go downhill with the taste that is pretty thin. It is a little sharp and thin without really being anything in particular.
