On tap at Parleaux, pours a clear pale copper with a tiny hint hire head. Aroma reveals some champagne yeast, pomegranate seeds and a hint of cranberry. Flavour is somewhat champagne-like, with attenuated out cranberry and pomegranate, light wild yeast, and a mineraly finish. Lacks depth and complexity but it's attenuated out nicely. Decent.

Draught at the source: pours gold with a white head. Aroma is funky and somewhat fruity. Taste is lightly sweet and sour. Good.
