The flavour and aroma of Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Simcoe hops prevail without excessive bitterness for maximum drinkability. Malt sweetness of Pale Ale, Crystal Carafoam and Wheat Flakes in the background complements the hops for a crisp finish.

Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a ruddy burnt orange color with a concaving white foamy head. Just seems to spread out to the sides extremely slow in its dissipation of the head. Messy semi-thick foamy head.
The aroma had some nice caramel crisp sweet malts running over some grassy to light citrus hops.
The flavor leans malty sweet. Hops really don’t shine in this one. Malty sweet aftertaste with the same sort of finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Low carbonation moves nice and low.
Overall, decent APA for it’s cleanness. Nothing over the top but gets the job done for the style.

On tap. Pours a thick hazy orange/amber with moderate head. Aromas of toffee, mashed fruit, light pine and sweet malts. Flavors of toffee, doughy malts, bitter lemon, dried fruit and grass. A bit soapy...

Can. Very cloudy pale amber with a white head. Floral and grapefruity aroma with some pine, biscuit. Pine creeps up in the taste a bit to become a little mentholish and eventually is too much for the lovely citrus (herbal lemon is an accent to the grapefruit) and rather light malt that’s a bit bready as well as biscuity. Medium high bitterness with a fairly dry finish.

Tall can from Grand Electric in Toronto. Light bubbly golden pour. Aroma is sweet fruity hops with pineapple and mango. Taste is similar - sweet fruit like mango with citrus bitter bite. Palate is light but not as light as I thought it would be. Really nice. Collective Arts - three for three on this trip of the beers from them I’ve tried. Great big pale ale.

This IPA poured a nice amber colour with a big, soapy, off white head. Scents include grassy hops and root vegetables. First swig was quite hoppy with flavors of hay and grass. Finish was quite hoppy and bitter with grass finishing off the palate.

A golden amber ale with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, sweet caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, grapefruit pulp, nice and smooth. In mouth, a sweet fruity caramel malt with light grassy floral hops, light treacle, pink grapefruit, nice and smooth. Bottle from LCBO.
