SLOVENIAN-STYLE IPA? In collaboration with Hop Head Farms of Michigan, we proudly present an IPA crafted in the New England style, with generous additions of flaked wheat and oats, but hopped entirely with three imports from Slovenia: Dragon, Wolf, and Fox! Wolf and Fox provide an intriguing background of strawberry, earth, and spice, while a heaping portion of Dragon hops lays in prominent notes of passionfruit and berry.

Five Boro Craft Beer Fest: pours light haze with white head. Aroma is fruity citrus. Mellow not super going in any direction. Mediocre.
