Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Domestic Redhead BA ].Clear medium to dark brown - red amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, wine - red wine - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, wood, red wine, bread. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20171118] 7-3-7-3-13

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are red wine, wood, fruits, little sour, malt and has a light sour finish.

Bottle, 6%. Dark brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, yeast, wood, wine and a little metallic. Flavour is malt, caramel, dark fruit, yeast, medium sweet, little metallic, phenols, citric and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Haza red brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, dark fruit and light red wine. Flavor is quite sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish. 181117

33 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to amber. Small tan head. Aroma is wineous and fruity. Dry, citric and slight fruity. Lingering sourish and citric finish.
