[ As Domestic Redhead BA ].Clear medium to dark brown - red amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, dark malt, caramel, wine - red wine - wood. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate acidic with a long duration, tart, wood, red wine, bread. Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are red wine, wood, fruits, little sour, malt and has a light sour finish.
