Anomaly 2 contrasts light and dark, as well as strong and session beers. This buckwheat grisette comes from a white wine barrel that previously held our brett dark strong ale. It remains dry and sessional, with soft residual dark fruit notes to complement delicate oak and an elongated funk.

Bottle from the source: pours dark orange with a white head. Aroma is funk, wood, large fruitiness. Taste is fairly sour. Berries and grapes are involved. Kind of sweet. Solid.
