10/6/2018. Bottle from the brewery. Pours clear bright pale gold with a lasting white head. Aroma of sweet malt, grain, caramel, yeast, citrus and banana. Medium plus sweetness, light bitterness, hint of sour. Light body, slight oily texture, average carbonation.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Fuddy Duck LA Head Banger ].Clear medium yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, moderate yeasty, earthy, saison yeast, damp stain - fusty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, damp stain - fusty, saison yeast, pale malt, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171118] 4-3-5-3-8

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are yeast, sweet fruits, malt and hops. Sweet finish.

50 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow. Small white head. Aroma is estery. Slight herbal. Mild fruity. Earthy. Flat. Dry estery and earthy finish.

Bottle, 6.5%. Clear golden with big white head. Aroma is malt, wheat, milky and yeast. Flavour is malt, wheat, yeast, little banana, spices, sweet and very little bitter.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and flowers. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter ifnish. Carbonation is a bit high. 181117
