Can, 0.5l. Clear golden pour, two finger frothy white head, long lasting, broken lacing on the glass. Generic macro lager nose, grains, malt, corn, metal. Somewhat sweet-ish.

Medium body, medium carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft, chewy, slightly fizzy. Bittersweet taste, ok balance. Aroma of malt, grains, corn. Grassy notes, some sugary sweetness in the aftertaste. Light boozy. Medium lasting finish, sweet.

Quite mediocre. But hey, it's also quite cheap so there's that.

Can 50 cl. Pours a clear golden witha rich and lacing, white head. Aroma mostly of brewing cereals. Solid body, I wouldn't call it malty as it consists mainly of sticky brewing syrup. No bitterness. A boozed up Malt Liquor. Harmless though. 170226

18/10/2025. Third visit to Tirana. Doesn’t take long to run out of new local beers to rate. German and Italian stuff to be found, but had a lot of that already and the Italian beers especially are quite expensive. Then there’s this. Bought at a Conad supermarket. Wasn’t expensive. It’s boozy and a little rough. One could even say desperate (the beer or me?). Anyway the pour is okay, the backdrop is great, and it’s another strong, sweet, malty, boozy, metallic beer chalked off.

Bottiglia.

Can, Conad store, Gorizia. Clear golden, medium small white head, medium lasting. Quite dusty nose, chalk with some alcohol. Vegetables and corn. Milder bittery start, some sweetness. Quite metallic. Somewhat boozy finish. Just not that nice.

Canned 500ml. -from Conad Sistiana. Clear golden coloured, medium sized white head, malty cornish nose. Sweet malty, corn, light grain and slightly herbal with noticable alcohol. Rather boring but not offensive. Expected something worse.
