Draught No head but beige rim over jet-black beer. Bourbon, rum, raisins, black chocolate, holly. Quite boozy nose. Chocolate, coffee cream, Bourbon, vanilla. Soft roast, just a tad meaty. Somewhere vinous, as wine made from raisins. Chewy, alcoholic, voluptuous, oily. Low carbonation. Impressive, absolutely.

On tap at Peders, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma has plenty of dry wood, medium roasted malt, and a touch of dusty dry cocoa. Flavour is super dry, with touch of dry woody notes, light oak, and a touch of cocoa. Dry, oaky, woody, and roasty finish. Excellent.

On tap at Peders. Pours black with a beige head. Loads of bourbon barrels and dry roast on the nose. Flavour has tons of dry roasted malt, good bourbon barrel character. Nice, old-fashioned stout.

Bottle shared at CBJ. Cheers! Pours deep brown with a slight, foamy tan head. Medium sweet flavour, rich and boozy, notes of dark fruits, toasted toffee. Full bodied with fine carbonation. Warming finish. Nice and well rounded.

Bottleshare at CBJ. Thanks to Wingman. Near opaque dark brown beer, small pale tan head. Airy smooth and semi dry palate, decent fine minerally carbonation. Mellow dark chocolate malts, a little dark malt cream. Rich bourbon soaked fruits. Spicy bourbon finish. Standard stuff done well.
