500mL bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out intense smoke, medium roast, and some gentle earthiness. Flavour is quite smoky and somewhat peaty, with low sweetness and a pronounced earthiness. Peaty, gently smoky, with a bourbony finish. A little too muddled but it's still excellent.

Jet black with a small light brown head. Touch of smoke, sweetness and big bourbon notes. Peaty and lots of raw wood with a long finish. Too much wood and not well balanced for a what should be poorly balanced.
