Hopwell is our series of IPAs where we explore the different styles and hop combinations that make these beers so great. In this beer we have kept the body light to allow the punchy bitterness from the Chinook and Simcoe hops to be the focus. Classic citrus, pine and resinous flavours really make the hops stand out.

Bottle (from Ales by Mail). Hazy yellowish orange colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is sweet malts, mild grains and some fruity tones with a bit of wood and mild spruce tips too. Flavour is fruity, floral, some grassy and mild caramel tones to it.

330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, mostly lasting, moderately lacing, snow-white head. Piney and slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, rather unspecific fruitiness. Taste is piney and citrusy hoppy, minimally nutty pale malty basis with a peanut touch, hints of lemon, gooseberry.

[ As Ampersand Hopwell - Chinook & Simcoe ].Unclear matt medium orange yellow colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate to light light heavy hoppy, citrus, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, sweet malt, fruity, citrus.
