This sour ale is near and dear to our hearts at Big Oyster. We named this beer Sarah in honor of a friend of the brewery who is battling cancer.
This deliciously refreshing sour is made with loads of strawberry puree and Madagascar vanilla beans.
This beer is a collaboration with the DE Breast cancer coalition and their movement to keep women active while fighting their battles. The cans include a QR code which links to the website where people can learn more about their program and make donations, to which we contribute 5 cents per can.

Dark hazy amber colour, small white head. Tart, wineous aroma, some berries. Medium-bodied. Flavour is odd: berries, wineous notes, grapes, crackers, butter and light tartness. Interesting but odd. One sample is enough.
