Bottle from the brewery. Pours attractive pale amber with a decent sized off-white head. Aroma of grain, yeast, malt, fruit, vegetable and herb. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, above average carbonation. OK though there are better than this from Fuddy Duck.

Bottle 500ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Fuddy Duck Beer 53 ].Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, dusty, moderate hoppy, grass, fruity hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, grass, fruity malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171118] 6-3-6-3-11

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Dark yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Light bitter flavor Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are sweet malt, little caramel, toasted malt and hops.

Bottle, 4.5%. Clear golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, grainy, hop and a little grass. Flavour is malt, grainy, grass, straw, little sweet and a little bitter.

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma is herbal. grainy. Herbal. Bitter and ashy. Dry and herbal. Almost spiced hoppy. Dry finish.
