Non-alcoholic Christmas Brew. Yes please. A dark brown Ale with a rich body and a thick head. The aroma is characterized by dark chocolate, pine needles and citrus. A solid base of roasted and caramelized malts carries a profound bitterness from the hop varieties Chinook and Hallertauer. The aftertaste is sweetish and hoppy.

My Xmas rating no 26.2023/24.Bottle dark brown colour with small head.Aroma is spicy and mild bitter have not of over ripped appel and candy not bad overall.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy dark brow, rich head. Minimal aroma of toasted rye with some compost-like component that wears off. Sweetish with very thin body and empty mouthfeel. Dominated by tap water with a slight toasty component, and lingering resinous bitterness. Looks like beer, drinks like water.

Bottled (from Prisma Liisanlehto). Hazy brown colour with a mediumsized brown head, which leaves lace. Aroma is some rye, mild some toasted tones with mild earthy tones. Flavour is rye, some toasted tones and some mild wooden tones.

Brown with a lasting off-white head. Malty aroma with biscuit and cardboard with a touch of spice. Sweet but thin malty flavour with a sugary sweetness and a touch of citrus.

Pours hazy brown with a off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wort and grain. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long grainy, astringe bitter and wort finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear, nutty brown with a lacing, beige head. Od, unpleasant aroma and flavor. Hard to describe, but it feels almost rotten. Dry finish. 271218

Bottle. Pours opaque dark brown almost black with huge beige head. Aroma is prunes, Vegemite, gun powder and strawberry jam. Taste is very sweet, medium bitter and faint salty. Body is milky with fizzy carbonation. Finish is long and strangely sweet with notes of liquorice, malt, toffee, cookies, ammonium chloride and syrup.

bottle from menu. hazy unclear brown, light brown head. Aroma is sour like melon and lemons, or sour yellow plums, also some spices in there. flavor is chocolate, smoked stuff, hard roasted malts, faint rye sweetness, ashtray. quite potent flavor, lots of ashes and charred wood, it somehow fits together, quite dry. You could probably get used to it. i've had much worse non-alc. beers.
