Bottle 330ml. @ [ Højbjerg Tasting ] - Saxo House, Højbjerg - Aarhus, Denmark. [ As Fuddy Duck Sick & Sassy ].Clear light to medium amber colour with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, dusty, pale malt, sweet malt, light nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, nutty, straw, toasted. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20171118] 5-3-5-3-11

Bottle from the brewery. Pours slightly hazy amber red with a lasting slightly foamy off-white to beige head. Aroma of caramel, malt, hop, citrus and tropical fruit, and slightly earthy. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, touch of fruity sour. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Started well, fruity bitterness to finish and got progressively sharper.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average mdoerate bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Nice creamy head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, fruits, flowers, hops and malt. Sweet caramel finish.

Bottle, 4.5%. Slightly hazy amber with medium tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, dusty and a little marmalade. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, dusty, sweet and a little bitter.

Bottle @ Saxo tasting. Hazy amber with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, light nutty and light hoppy. Flavor is medium sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 181117

50 cL bottle. Pours cloudy orange with a small tan head. Aroma is mild herbal. Dry and slight grassy. Bitter, slight herbal. Bitter and slight fruity finish.

Tried at the Hop & Barley, Lincoln. Hazy reddish amber with a white head. Malty aroma with a minty herb almost toothpaste edge. Medium body the seems to grow with the beer. Better at the end than at first.
