The second of our evolving 2017 IPA series is a hazy, West Coast style Imperial IPA, hopped with Chinook, Citra, Equinox and Mosaic hops. First wort hopping, a triple hop stand and a triple dry hop bring huge, juicy hop flavours to the fore and a bright citrus aroma. A restrained bitterness keeps things in check, as does a simple malt bill with an underlying sweetness.

Bottle bought from Beer Gonzo. Pours deep amber with a lasting cream head, nice lacing. Aroma of dank hops, pine, caramel & malt. Sticky dank resiny hops on the taste, more pine, quite malty & boozy. bitter finish. Medium body. An old school NW style DIPA. Pretty good.
