Cask at the Great Northern Hotel, Peterborough. Pours clear golden with a lasting white head, leaving good lacing. Aroma of hop, light citrus fruit, and straw. Moderate sweetness, medium plus (and nice level of) bitterness. Medium body, slight sticky texture, soft carbonation. Finish is dry and fruity with lasting bitterness. Quite decent.
