From cask at the St. Judes Brewery Tavern, Ipswich. Pours amber with a short lasting small white head. Aroma of hops, caramel and lemongrass. Medium plus sweetness with light bitterness. Medium body and slightly oily texture. Carbonation is soft. Distinct lemongrass finish.
