[ As Pig & Porter Birdsong ].Clear medium yellow orange colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, oat, sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity malt, oat, pale malt, sweet malt, light floral. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. Sampled @ 27th Egham Beer Festival 2017. A clear golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting white head. Aroma of dry mild floral bitter hops, yeast, pale malt, flowers. Taste of mild sweet pale malt, mild bitter hops, flowers, no carbonation.
