With this line up of hops it’s no surprise this is a juicy citrus number that could be served as breakfast juice. Idaho 7 cryo adds a slight complexity of sticky pine and resin, but mostly more grapefruit and tangerine of course.

Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours cloudy pale pineapple gold with a bubbly white head. The aroma is fresh, ripe, juicy, loads of fresh citrus, grapefruit, pomelo, tangerine, orange squash, mango, green, piney, weedy, dank, floury bread and gummy bears. The taste is dry, green bitterness, weedy, dank, sticky, sappy pine, resin, pithy, zesty, grapefruit, pomelo, lime, splash of cloudy lemonade, peppery spice and a touch of alcohol with a drying, pithy zesty finish. Medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Lovely stuff.

Can from Great Grog. Murky golden body with a white head. No visible carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach and underripe melon. Flavour of orange and watermelon. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. Tangy and hoppy.

Can from Appellation Wines. Pours milky yellow with a thin white head. Aromas of strong citrus, fresh orange, pineapple. Taste is peach, orange juice and resin. Slight hop burn.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - another murky yellow to brown effort from Overtone. Creamy, snow white head. Nose - pineapple and peach. Orange lurking. Taste - creamy peach and melon this time. Resinous undernote. Palate - medium bodied, creamy texture and a bitter finish. Overall - good.
