Collaborating with Whiplash for the first time, it was a massive pleasure having Alex here with us at the brewery: we learnt heaps, and tried a couple of techniques and ingredients that were new to us. The outcome is a Double IPA that strides IPA styles. It has hefty aromas of candy fruit, ripe tropical fruit, and apricot. It combines a creamy mouthfeel, and juicy citrus and biscuity malt flavours, with a soft, underlying bitterness. And it just keeps evolving as you drink. We hope you enjoy it as much as we are here at the brewery.
