Ever wondered what would happen if you brew a beer like you cook an asian meal? We did! So we created a dry saison/farmhouse ale stuffed with fresh ginger, lemongrass and spicy bird's eye chilies for a real oriental experience. Full of flavour and almost no residual sugars, so low on calories!

Straw blond colour with thin head. Aroma of ginger candies. Flavour of ginger and ale. Grassy.

On tap @ Het Speciaalbier Festival, Den Bosch. Hazy yellow with a white head. Ginger aroma with some lemongrass. Sweet taste with a spicy hot finish.
