Ambar colored beer with caramel aromas and nut flavors
This is an easy drinking amber beer; a little more malt-forward than our other beers with a nice caramel touch. It is a tribute to the first German brewers that settled in the northern parts of the United States. We use only German ingredients, for example hallertauer hops, which are a little earthier than the flowery US hops tend to be.
