Pours dark red with a firm pink head of foam.
Oh my, tart raspberries with Brett and oak. I reckoned right there that this would be something special.
The taste incorporates everything the smell insinuated. Marvelous.
Body and carbonation are a match made in heaven.
I do believe that this is at least the equal of New Glarus Raspberry Tart. I see more in my future.

MBCC. Clear deep red with small pink head. Aroma is malt, raspberries, funk, berries and lemon. Flavour is malt, raspberries, raspberry stones, medium sweet, lemon, sour, citrus and a little dry.

MBCC. Hazy deep red with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, raspberries and tart. Flavor is quite sweet and rather acidic. Dry and rather acidic finish. 130517

[5/13/17] Draught at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017. Green session. Deep red. Huge jammy juicy raspberries, some funk, tart and slightly sweetish. Wonderfully juicy. Amazing.

Tap @MBCC2017, Green Session. Cloudy red, thick pink head. Fruity, fresh raspberry aroma. Smooth raspberry flavour, slightly sour, not much brett. Still very nice.
